4-5min jog - active recovery
(moved quickly through exercises)
PM - BHS - workout with the Wednesday night group - 2+mi easy jog, then pick-ups of 2,3,2,3,2,3mins w/~90-100 walk/stand recoveries, cool-down...took it easy. Good turnout.
