3mi easy run on treadmill...then 3 rounds of the following (NFT):
- 20-22 pull-ups (20,21,22)
- 15 (each side) SL bridges
- ~4mins jump rope (10,20,30,40,40,30,20,10 both feet, left foot, right foot)
Felt very tired...weak...awkward. Not sure why...but always feel lousy after these big storms. You'd think a day or two off would help. Not so.
