May have to remove GHD sit-ups from the list of exercises that I believe help my running. I have a feeling they are OK in small doses but I overdid them about 10 days ago and haven't been right ever since. We'll see. It seems I'm regularly faced with the dilemma of how far to push things. My tendency is to go too far apparently.
