PM - BHS track - with running group - ~2mi easy warm-up, then 3 sets of 8 x 30/30's with ~4min between sets. Runners were to run the fast part of 30/30's at ~2mi race pace or ~85% of top speed. Good workout. I took it easy...just did my coaching thing. Heart rate was disturbingly high...easily 10-15 beats above normal. It was warm...but not that warm.
Then...alactic sprint workout: 2 sets of 4 x 100m (18-19secs) with ~2mins walking recovery, 5mins recovery between sets. About the same as last week. Just as uncoordinated. Thought I would be doing a little better.
