6:00PM - F500 - spent a lot of time working on quad mobility (rectus femoris)...cause mine sucks. It's gotten so bad, it feels like it's throwing my pelvis off a bit...especially when I run a little faster.
Also threw in 3x5 thrusters (75lbs) and 10 burpee pull-ups.
