PM - BHS track - supervised Hyannis RR's weekly track workout - ~2mi very easy warm-up...then 3x2mins w/~90sec walk/jog recovery, then 3x4mins w/90-100sec walk/jog recoveries, then 4 x 20sec strides. Most of group then did 2mi cool-down. 2min pick-ups were to be done at 15min race pace and 4min pick-ups were to be done at 30min race pace. I went along mostly at 7:35-7:40 pace.
Had lovely 90 minute nap this afternoon. Felt way better this evening.
