At exactly 2:16PM, I layed down for a little nap and fell asleep. When I came to I figured I had to have been sleeping for hours. The clock said 2:24PM. Are you kidding me?
In the PM...went down to F500 and did the following workout:
20mins OTM of the following rotation:
6 goblet squats (62lbs)
12 GHD sit-ups
Then...2 x 25 DU's
Felt good...go figure...
