Shortly thereafter...met Bobby and Luke in parking lot for a bit of strength work. Used Luke's mobile gym. Workout was as

then 18mins (6 rounds) OTM (on-the-minute) of the following rotation: 6 burpees, 3 BW (body weight)
deadlifts @135, 12 lunges (switched to 8 goblet squats w/45lb kettlebell) on last 2 rounds
All went well. But should have brought a little something to eat between the run and strength portions
