31mins easy run on treadmill as warm-up...then 3 rounds of the following NFT:
- 18 pull-ups
- 6 burpees
- 12 GHD sit-ups
- 24 double unders
- 1mi run on treadmill...7:47-8:00 pace..0-.5% grade
Felt good...pulse down. Glad to have a gym to go to on these sort of days. Looks like it will come in handy over the next few weeks. Will try to get outside for a long one tomorrow...before we're chased back inside with Monday's snow.
