4:45PM - F500 - weight training:
10min incline walking on treadmill, 15%, 3.2mph - as warm-up
Posterior chain activation routine+
3x3 hex-bar deadlift (170,200,210lbs)
5x2 power cleans (85,95,95,100,100)
2x4 chest press (100lbs)
Weight training basically unaffected by longish run. Maybe because I'm not all that strong. Still find it interesting.
I left today's weight workout with two oddball questions:
1) Why does my jaw stop clicking when I do incline walking on treadmill?
2) Why are my super-tight hamstrings so much looser after the hex-bar deadlift...when stretching doesn't seem to have any effect?
