- 1mi treadmill run - easy pace
Kept moving steadily through entire workout. Didn't rush it...but no breaks either. Great combo. Felt very good. Sub zero morning temps influenced our decision to stay in the warm confines of the gym. Good move I think.
Roads should be clear enough to run outside tomorrow.
