AM - F500 - 70mins elliptical...30mins steady (low 120's heart rate), then 10 x 1min with high resistance w/1min steady recoveries, then 10mins easy, then 3 x 1min with very high resistance, w/1min easy recovery, then 5mins easy. Good challenging workout. No strain on calf doing this. Calf feeling a little better every day...if I don't run a step. I imaging there's a small tear that is healing.
