Then 12-15mins on spin bike with ~24x20secs upbeat/10secs easy.
Throttling back on training quite a bit this week due to physical and personal stresses. Always hard for me to ease up like
this. Like most people...one of my greatest assets is also one my greatest liabilities. More specificially...my persistence can easily become stubbornness. I need to remind myself to bend.
In the spirit of going with the flow, here's a quote from the Tao Te Ching:
"Men are born soft and supple;
dead, they are stiff and hard.
Plants are born tender and pliant;
dead, they are brittle and dry.
Thus whoever is stiff and inflexible is a disciple of death.
Whoever is soft and yielding is a disciple of life.
The hard and stiff will be broken.
The soft and supple will prevail."
