B. PJ (push jerk) @21X2; 4-5x4; rest 2:30 - 95 (4), 100 (4), 100 (4), 105 (F)...failed on last rep
C. SL BB RDL - barefoot - to just before ground - L leg first and only that much on R; 10-12x3; rest 90 sec b/t legs - 65#...a little tweak behind left knee...couldn't do with full range of motion. First problem of this sort I've had since I started training with OPEX. It's only a niggle though.

Last night of Hyannis RR's track workout tonight. Everyone off to go do their marathons...although a few ran last weekend. So far so good.
