AM - Sandwich HS track - 61mins easy...started with 1.5mi easy with Bob...after Bob hit the roads for harder run, I switched to 60R/30W(secs) pattern until about 46mins...then did 400m run/100m walk until I was done. Stayed 125bpm or under most of the time except during 400m run when I drifted up to a max 130bpm. Pace on 400m runs was ~8mins per mile. Definitely running faster than a few weeks ago at comparable heart rates. Easy runs are getting noticeably faster without increase in effort.
