PM - F500 - 12mins elliptical (testing it out) - 23mins Steam Bath
Trying to find a safe alternative for my friend Bill who has a psoas/hamstring issue. The bike puts him in a crunched position which makes the psoas even tighter. The air-dyne is a bit better but you are still sitting. The rowing machine can strain the lower back if your hamstrings aren't loose. Incline walking on a treadmill also puts the psoas in a shortened position. Walking bothers his hamstring. We're running out of options. But the elliptical looks like a pretty good choice as long as you have a quality elliptical machine.
