The mornings HRV (heart rate variability) reading was 89. More on HRV at a later date.
PM - F500 - gym work...20mins OTM rotation of the following:
- 1 (each side) TGU (35lbs)
- 6 burpees
- 12 split cycle jumps (alternating lunges)
- 20secs plyometric running drills
- 6 thrusters (65lbs)
Then...2 x 1 power clean (95, 105lbs)....good for me...believe it or not...
