B. DB RFESS @3010; 4RM/leg; rest 90 sec b/t legs - 45# (40# db's clean...too 2 shots to do 45# clean on R side as I lost balance mid-way through 1st attempt)
C1. wrist flexion stretching - kneeling, top of hand on ground with fingers facing you, rotate inside of elbows forward with elbows locked and lean back - actively pushing fingertips into floor; 10 reps x 2 sets; rest 30 sec
C2. wrist extension stretching - kneeling, palm of hand on ground with fingers facing you (fully supinated), elbows locked, lean back - actively pushing fingertips into floor; 10 reps x 2 sets; rest 30 sec
Lighter training load and a couple max tests...3RM (rep max) for FS (front squat) and 4RM for RFESS. OPEX coach JT called it a deload. Big improvement on the RFESS (rear foot elevated split squat).
PM - F500 - 7K row easy...34:14...pulse crept up to 115bpm...felt good...
