16mins OTM - rotation of the following:
5 thrusters (75lbs)
~20sec shuttle run
Legs feeling very fresh...lots of pop. This is the 6th day in a row of circuit training. Seems like a lot. Not sure why I feel so good. Maybe it's because none of the circuits have been too long or exhausting. Also, haven't done any movements to failure.
