PM - While I coached the Hyannis Roadrunner track workout...did 4 x 20 yard bear crawls, 4 x 40 yard lunges, 1 x 10 burpees, various drills...
The group banged out a very professional workout. It went like this:
- ~2mi warm-up
- on track...4 x 8mins @30-40min "on the night" race pace, w/4min walk/jog recoveries
