3x12 GHD sit-ups
4x3 thrusters (85,90,90,90lbs)
1x3 squat clean thrusters (90lbs)
Head is swimming as I am trying to learn part of Colonel Mustard in "Clue the Musical" playing at the Harwich Junior Theatre. Had to come in at last minute as original Colonel had some health difficulties. But hopefully he'll be back in a week or two.
