PM - F500 - 40mins...heart rate settled into mid 120's...feeling good. Speed still improving at low heart rates. Did half mile at 8:25-8:30 pace at heart rate of ~127-128. Everything feeling better.
Then a little stuff in the gym:
- 10 lunges with twist (each side)
- 10 side lunges
- 10 wood choppers w/10lb medicine ball (ea side)
- 20 pull-ups
- 1K row easy...~5mins
- 10mins easy spin bike
