Felt pretty strong. Dug down deep on last rep to break 3mins. Could field the neural benefits of a little pure speed training Wednesday night. Definitely helped wake up the nervous system and improve coordination. Good improvement from 5/30/14 workout.
PM - F500 - aerobic circuit training:
10mins incline walking on treadmill (15%, 3.2mph)
then 4 rounds of the following in ~28mins:
8 goblet squats (53lbs)
25 double unders
(5-6mins bike in between rounds)
20mins Steam Bath
