PM - BHS Track - with Hyannis RR's - 2+mi easy jog as warm-up...then pick-ups of 2,2,4,4,2,2mins w/90-110sec walk/jog/regroup recoveries...then 1mi cool-down jog. For 2min pick-ups...went through 400m in 98,94,91,90 and maintained until 2mins...for 4min pick-ups went through 800m in 3:08, 3:07 (~3:55 at 1000m). Felt strong and much smoother. Stride feels much better than a few weeks ago. Good improvement.
Wonderful turnout tonight...at least 25 enthusiastic runners. Paces during the track workout range from a little over 8mins per mile down to ~5:20 pace. Sean Doherty's lead the pack on his birthday.
