6 single leg squats (each side) (12")
6 dumbbell snatches (each side) (40lbs)
24 double unders
Kept moving continuously...but didn't rush. Probably need to go up 5lbs on the dumbbell snatches next time...starting to feel pretty easy. Getting more power from the hips.
