PM - BHS track - facilitated group workout - 2mi up, then 3 sets of 5x1min @6min race pace w/1min walking recoveries, ~3min walking/standing recovery between sets. Most of group did 2mi cool-down. A little lighter turnout...~15 runners...due to afternoon thunderstorm which scared a few people off. I loped along at ~7:00-7:20 pace on the pick-ups. Felt good. Pulse way down.
Cut down on caffeine yesterday and cut it out completely today. Hard to believe I'm feeling benefits already...but maybe so. We'll see.
