AM - F500 - 2hrs, 5mins incline walking on treadmill, 15%, mostly 3.4mph for 1st hour, 3.5mph 2nd hour, heart rate topped out around 130bpm. Felt good. Calf felt great when I wobbled off the machine. This was a pretty long...somewhat mind-numbing workout. Was kind of blank by the end. Almost had to force myself to stop. Weird...
