B) BB behind the neck step-ups @21X1; 5RM/Leg: L-85#, R-90# (shaky...not sure they were legit)
C1) Laying split stretch; 3 reps x 2 sets; rest 90 secs
C2) Seated hip flexes; 6-8 reps x 2 sets; rest 90 secs
D) 2K row for time - 8:09.5 (body weight 134.5, max pulse 174 bpm)...went out at 2:01 per 500m pace and hung on. Held pace OK. Expected a little better but that was all I could do. The all out 2K row is brutal.
15 min cool-down walk. Needed every bit of it to settle system back down.
