27mins easy run on treadmill...then 3 rounds of the following (NFT):
- 20-22 pull-ups (20,21,22)
- 15 (each side) SL bridges
- ~4mins jump rope (10,20,20,40,30,20,10...double legs, single left, single right)...30 double unders
- 9mins easy treadmill run
Started out clunky but came out of it a bit. Could feel yesterday's effort a little.
