5 rounds as a team...everybody goes at once at different stations...don't advance to next station until everyone has completed their exercise.:
20 burpee box jumps (over the top)
25 shoulder to overhead (45lbs for me...30 reps/75 lbs for the "men" in the group)
Very little rest...cause these guys plowed through everything pretty quickly. Burpees and pushing overhead not exactly my strength...but found a good weight and rep quantity. Need to learn to use my legs properly when push pressing. Just don't do it enough. Shoulder problems have impeded progress in a lot of these sort of movements.
This was not exactly the ideal post-long run day...but overall it went pretty well and I wasn't all that fatigued.
