PM - BHS track - warm-up with 12mins of walk/jog...35R/25W...then 8 x 60m strides, then 2 x 100m strides (21,20) all with generous walking recoveries. Not exactly sure what I was thinking with this one except that I was desperate to un-deaden my very tired legs...so I tried a little sprinting...or at least something remotely resembling sprinting. Legs were like lead after the long run on Saturday evening. Felt very uncoordinated during workout but did feel a bit better once I was done. Not sure I'd recommend this the day after a 3+hr run.
