it's starting to feel like running again. Pulse never exceeded mid-130's which is better than it has been of late.
3:45PM, F500 w/Bobby, a little cross-training, 2K row, 10 burpee pull-ups, 1K row, 10 burpee pull-ups, 500m row, 10 burpee pull-ups, 20:37. Bobby - 20:03. Felt lousy rowing. Haven't done it much lately and really felt sloppy. Was hovering
around a 2:10 per 500m pace for much of the rowing. Wasn't all out but not real easy either. Bobby looked like he had a good bit left.
