AM - Sandwich HS track - 22+mins warm-up on track...with Bob & Lori...then 4 x 800m @3K-5K race effort (3:09, 3:10, 3:10, 3:09), w/400m jog recovery in a bit over 2mins. Then 25-30mins cool-down...most of it with Lori. Lori & Bob opted for 8 x 400m in 85-86secs w/200m walk/jog recovery. Felt pretty good. Not moving real fast but feel healthy and ready to train well.
