P) Wrist stretches
A) Hang squat clean; from paused below knee; build to max - 115#...crappy...just couldn't feel it today
B) Single arm passive hang; max hang per arm - L - 50 secs, R - 55 secs...pretty good
C) 7 min AMRAP of the following:
- 5 WB (wall balls) 20# to 9ft
- 10 TTB (toes to bar)
2K row @MAP10 (easy)...get off every 500m and do 8 deep ring push-ups with full external rotation at lockout.
Sat AM - 64 min jog...lousy...lower back killing me...suffered through.
