PM - BHS - with Hyannis Roadrunners - 2+mi warm-up...~9min pace...then on track...pick-ups of 1,2,3,3,3,2,1mins with 90-120sec jog/walk/stand recoveries...then 1mi cool-down. Held back a bit as I am running a 11.6 miles of relay legs at VT City Marathon this Sunday. Started off at a little under 7min pace and then came down to a little over 6min pace by the end. Ran the 3min pick-ups at ~6:15-6:30 pace. Legs felt pretty good but was unpleasantly surprised at how hard 6:30-7:00 pace feels. Feeling better but not setting any records.
