Following running...strength & conditioning:
4x3 Hexbar deadlifts (170,210,220,230lbs)
3x12 GHD sit-ups
then 8min team AMRAP with Bobby & Justin...one rested while other two worked:
8 alternating dumbbell snatches (40lbs)...the big boys did 60lbs
5 rounds complete for me
Went OK...unbroken on everything...but didn't get much rest cause Bobby & Justin are too damn strong.
6:40PM - quick strength workout...
3 x 1 TGU (35lbs)
3 x 5 strict presses (65,75,85lbs)
3 x 8 TTB (toes to bar)
A bunch of failed hand stand attempts...getting closer because shoulders are a bit more mobile. Too bad there's no video. It would make for good comedy.
