5:00PM - F500 - strength/circuit training
1x5 HB deadlifts (170lbs) - didn't feel so hot so I stopped with one set
20mins OTM (on-the-minute) - rotation of the following:
5 thrusters (75lbs)
5 burpee box jumps (18")
5(each side) single leg squats (12")
Fairly challenging. Not sure I could make it through another round of pull-ups without breaking.
