10mins OTM (on the minute) - alternating:
4 x cable rows (120lbs)
1 (ea side) TGU (turkish get-up) (26,26,35,35,35lbs)
5x3 clean & "jerk" (75,85,85,95,95lbs)....more like a clean & press?? Used ~3mins recovery between sets
Since I've stayed away from hard circuit workouts and concentrated on strength...low volume...heavy weight (for me)...long recoveries between sets...I've actually made significant progress in pure strength...without any gain in weight. It's nice when something actually works. My list of things that didn't work is pretty long.
