B. SA Passive hang from bar - can use other hand low tension against vertical bar to stop rotation; 12-30 sec x 4 sets/arm; rest 1 min b/t arms - averaged 20 secs

40 jump rope singles
10 BJSD (box jumps with step down) 20"
Just over 7 rounds...need to lock out at top of box jumps and do better job of locking out arms on push-ups, had to start breaking up push-ups in 6th and 7th rounds
2500m row MAP10 - HR range 105-110 bpm - every 500m, get off for 8 deep ring pushups with full external rotation of the rings in the top...squeaked them out...
