By the way...the fellow in the above video...David Ayres...does superb instructional presentations. He's so clear, even I can follow it...and I am a bit dim when it comes to this sort of thing. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve mobility...and who isn't. All his videos can be seen here.

2x10 GHD sit-ups
3x6 single leg squats (12")
5x25 double unders ~OTM (better tonight)
2 x 10sec handstand hold (using the wall)
