In keeping with my "try anything" approach...took a Vespa Jr packet 45mins before run. I've been trying this on longer runs. Seems to work well. Energy levels stay very constant whenever I use it. Also...still taking Extreme Endurance and liking that too. These supplements seem to improve overall endurance more than anything. In other words, you don't feel a lot faster...but you feel like you can run all day....particularly when you use Vespa. And just to be clear...I don't have any connection or financial interest with these companies...despite the fact that they keep calling trying to sponsor me. Ha..ha...yeah right!
5:00PM - F500 - mobility, strength, conditioning etc:
15-20mins mobility and activation work
16mins OTM - rotation of the following:
6 burpee box jumps - over the top
24 DU's (double unders)
10 diagonal jump crossover lunge...don't know what to call it...example is here.
Legs woke up nicely...good training week...
