A little sore from yesterday's pistol squats. But gait and strength still felt very good. This is one of the reasons I'm such a big fan of the single leg/pistol squat. Even when you are tired from it, your running performance is virtually unaffected. And once you get better at them, your running performance is improved. Nice.
6:00PM - F500 - strength & conditioning:
5x3 power clean (95lbs), tried a couple at 105 and bungled it...
then 15mins (OTM) - rotation of the following:
6 burpee box jumps (18")
24 DU's (double unders)
Felt good. Worked out with friend Ben. He did 6 push presses (135lbs), 12 pull-ups and 18 box jumps (24"). The company definitely helped.
