A. HSC (hang squat clean) from paused at knee @65-70%; 2 reps EMOM for 10 min - 85#...probably not 65-70%
B. Lunge squat - in place - feet shoulder width - ROM from front knee locked out to back knee touching ground and back @3010; 4-6x4; rest 90 sec b/t legs - 115 (5), 120 (5), 120 (5), 125 (4)
C. SA (single arm) Passive hang from bar - can use other hand low tension against vertical bar to stop rotation; 20 sec x 5 sets/arm; rest 1 min b/t arms
4500m row MAP10 - HR range 105-110 bpm - every 500m, get off for 6 deep ring pushups with full external rotation of the rings in the top...good...
Calmer week. Feeling more normal...whatever that means.
