4:00PM - F500 - with Bobby - strength etc...had to do this so I had something interesting to post here instead of just a crappy 50min run:
4x3 hex-bar deadlift (170,190,200,210lbs)
5 rounds - NFT:
3 x squat clean thruster (75,75,85,85,95lbs)
15 x pull-ups (12 on last round)
Felt pretty strong. For some reason...the hex-bar deadlifts are really helping the cleans. It's nice because I have had a hard time making any improvement with this lift...and all variations of it.
