A Work up to 5RM (rep max) DL (sumo stance) - 185lbs
B Work up to 6RM SA (single arm) db press - 30lbs (L), 30lbs (R) (almost did 35 on R)
C Work to 8RM SL (single leg) BB (barbell) DL (deadlift) - 45lbs (shaky...couldn't really do movement)
20mins easy on AD (Air-Dyne bike) as cool-down
PM - trails - 30min jog at ~105bpm...drifted up to 110bpm a couple of times but quickly brought it down. Could barely jog at this low a heart rate but that is what the program calls for so that's what I did. Very gentle. Didn't break a sweat. Used trails so no one would see how slow I was going...tee hee...
