PM - F500 - mobility and muscle activation...then 4 rounds of the following:
10 goblet squats (53lbs) - 2020 (2 secs down, 0 sec stop, 2secs up, 0sec stop)...continuous motion
This was a "no running" day...something new for me. Not exactly a rest day...but it should give my running muscles a nice break. We'll see how things feel tomorrow.
