C. SA DB OH carry; 10m max per arm; rest 2 min b/t arms - L - 55#, R - 60#
row 4k easy - 19:53 - OK, pulse up to 120bpm by the end, old ERG

Group run...2 mi easy wu...then on track 5 x 4 mins w/1 min recovery/re-group...then 6 x 100m sprints (~18secs)..then 2 mi easy cd. Did 4 min pick-ups easy at back of group...at a little over 8min pace (130-137bpm). Felt good. Back slightly sore but much better than previous week.
