Sat AM - from BHS - with Bob - 61mins easy - pulse settled into 130-135 range. Moving slowly. Poor Bob had run ahead several times. Felt OK in general.
After run - 2 rounds of the following (NFT):
- 20 pull-ups
- 10 thrusters (45lb bar)
- 10 GHD sit-ups
- 10 burpees
- 10 SL bridges
~2 mins jump rope in between rounds
Fri AM - from F500 - 70mins easy - pulse settled into 130-135 range. Felt pretty good although still going pretty slowly.
