20mins slow run on treadmill...~9min pace
then rounds of the following (NFT):
- 21-23 pull-ups (21,22,23)
- 12 GHD sit-ups
- 15 (each side) SL bridges
- 5+mins jump rope (double leg, single leg etc)
11mins easy run on treadmill in between rounds
Felt very tired and slow running but OK on everything else. Long outdoor run tomorrow. Hope I'm recovered. Right now...it's looking dicey.
