After running...big man strength stuff:
Hex-bar deadlift - 4,4,4,3,2 reps (170, 200, 200, 220, 230lbs)
Again noticed how my jaw stops clicking after walking on treadmill at steep incline and why I can touch my toes after doing the hex-bar deadlift. Does anyone know why?
